Rules Questions

Metamagic feat quicken.
Scribe scrolls feat.
Can I scribe a scroll, that is cast as a swift action? I found nothing in the rules against it...

Sczarni

Nope.

Unless you mean scribe it as a higher level quickened spell. Then, yes.

Not even then.

Activating a scroll is a standard action (or the spell's casting time, whichever is longer)

This faq is about applying metamagic when using a scroll. You can't alter the spell that was written. It's not about reading a scroll that was written with metamagic.

Scroll activation is limited to a standard action or longer. Even a Quicken Mirror Image is a standard to activate.

Okay, I think we need to understand the question you're asking a bit better.

If I'm reading it right, you're asking "can I have a regular scroll of magic missile and use my Quicken Spell feat to cast it as a swift action?", and are explicitly not asking "what action is it to cast a scroll of quickened magic missile?"

Short answer: no. Activating a scroll is a standard action or longer.

No, the q is, can I write a scroll of quicken magic missole5 and cast it as swift

No. Activation of a scroll is either a standard action or the casting time of the spell in question; whichever is longer. You can't activate a scroll as a swift action.

See the prd entry on Scrolls - last sentence in the section on activation.
