How does the unchained summoner change the unfettered eidolon? Is it possible for me to have an unchained unfettered psycopomp eidolon for example? If so, what changes?

Hmm, let's see. The pattern for evolution points is a little weird, but here's how I think it would work.

The main assumption here is that eidolons are more or less the same CR for chained and unchained, and that if there is a substantial difference in the difficulty, it is an edge case (under-CR'd chained pounce monster or over-CR'd unchained inevitable bundle of immunities that aren't touched). If you believe that doesn't hold, then this won't work for you.

The differences in evolution points by level are:
2, 2, 2, 4, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9, 9, 10, 11
We only care about levels where the unchained abilities come online (1, 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20)

The differences at those levels are:
2, 4, 5, 7, 9, and 11
That means that each unchained ability is worth 2 evolution points, except for the one that comes in at level 8; that's only worth 1. (Which is good, because many unchained eidolons get an extra evolution point at that level.)

So similar to how unfettered eidolons spend 5 evolution points on their starting evolutions, just have them spend evolution points on the unchained "evolutions". An unfettered, unchained eidolon starts out with the first one automatically purchased (so they have spent 7 of their 8 starting evolution points). The additional "evolutions" must be purchased as the next advancement from 3 HD (10 points), 8 HD (15 points), 13 HD (20 points), 18 HD (25 points), and 23 HD (30 points). I got these numbers by looking at the chained unfettered HD for a chained fettered eidolon one level lower than the level an unchained fettered eidolon would get their new toys at.

TL;DR
- Unchained eidolon advancements count as unfettered evolutions.
- They all have a cost of 2 evolution points except the one received at level 8, which costs 1.
- The unfettered eidolon starts with the first advancement, and takes an additional advancement after they reach 10 points, 15 points, 20 points, 25 points, and 30 points. (3 HD, 8 HD, 13 HD, 18 HD, and 23 HD)
- Unchained unfettered eidolons should use the updated costs for evolutions and follow type restrictions, unless the GM doesn't like 'em.

QuidEst seems to have got it.

Now we chould see if we can also unleash and unbind that eidolon.
