One of my players really liked the Storm Kindler PrC from Paths of Prestige, but wanted to play something like it right out of the gate. I put together this base class for him based on the Bloodrager and I'd like to get peoples' thoughts on it:

This will be brief since I am typing on my phone.
Storm sworn
Deity specific is no good. At least loosen it to a deity with the air or weather domain.
Storm trance
The damage and save to all within 10 ft will become a major GM annoyance in short order. Add damage to attacks if you must. The current form is too much work.

I've never really seen the original PrC in action, but I do like the way you've adapted it around the bloodrager framework. I've got a few comments for you:
- I agree with Ciaran about being deity specific. If you're just interested in making it work for your game, that's fine, but if you want to make it more generally playable opening it up to more deities would help.
- Storm trance is an interesting core class feature. I think you've hit a fairly decent balance here: you get more uses out of it than a cleric's channel or a sorc's fireball, but it also does less damage. A DM can also lock a storm kindler down through fear builds (since shaken is a fairly easy status to inflict). One thing to watch out for is the action economy in high level games since tempest trance and unshakable trance can combine to allow the storm kindler to deal storm trance damage even after taking a full attack action every round.
- It seems a bit awkward to me that Aura of Calm references Storm-Lashed before you gain it. Maybe switch them around so you get the bonus feat at 3rd and the aura at 4th level.
- Uncanny dodge references improved uncanny dodge ("see below"), but that's not one of the class features the storm kindler gains.
- Tempest trance might need a bit of a second look as it leaves some ambiguities in how actions interact. If a storm kindler uses his standard action and then enters a storm trance as a swift action, could he then cast a spell as a move action?
- Deific obedience is a clever inclusion, but might be a balance issue as other deities are allowed. Not necessarily, but just something to keep in mind.
- Echoing thunder doesn't really need to mention that the maximum deflection occurs at level 16 since you don't gain the ability until level 18.
