I can't add my address and therefore can't order anything.

I've been trying to order some pdfs, but when I reach the screen where I'm supposed to enter my address, there's not button at the bottom marked 'submit' or 'next' or something similar. Because I'm unable to add my address to the order, I haven't been able to successfully order anything.
I've also tried adding my address to my 'my account' page too but there was no option for it. I'm using a mac with safari version 7.0.6.
I sent an email to customer service yesterday morning, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

I replied to the email you sent about this earlier today.


I had the same problem with an old account years ago and finally gave up and stopped trying to buy things from paizo. I created a new account and was surprised to find the the problem has not been fixed.

Hello HellzJester,

We currently believe that this is due to an issue with Compatibility Mode when using Safari as a browser. If you have the option to turn it off, that should resolve the issue. I do know that certain iPads or iPhones won't allow you to do that, however. If you are unable to turn it off (or are using a different browser/think that this issue is not related), then you can send an email to customer.service@paizo.com containing the address that you wish to enter and we can attach it to your account manually.

Please note that it is not a good idea to post your address to the messageboards. :)

Come on Paizo, this should be an easy fix if you give it some priority. I have been wanting to purchase items as well and I have tried several browsers on my smart phone but none of them allow me to enter my address and therefore I can't buy anything. How much business are you losing because of this? I am sure it is a considerable amount as these complaints will be the tip of the iceberg. Maybe time for you to put some effort into fixing this.

I apologize for the trouble that you've been having entering your information into the site. If you'd like us to enter an address for you into the system, please email it to customer.service@paizo.com.

If you need help entering your card information, phone is the best option to protect the privacy of your information. You can give us a call at (425) 250-0800 on weekdays between 10am - 5pm, Pacific Standard time.
