Unchained barbarian Clear Mind Rage power question

Hi! Here is a new unchained clear Mind RP wording:

When the barbarian fails a Will saving
throw, she can attempt another Will saving throw at the
end of her next turn (using the original DC). If the second
saving throw is successful, the barbarian is treated as if she
succeeded at the first saving throw, negating or reducing
the effect as determined by the spell or effect. If this second
saving throw fails, the barbarian suffers the full effects of
the spell or effect as normal. A barbarian must be at least
8th level to select this rage power.

So first question is: what happens during a round after wich she failed saving throw? Is effect is delayed for one turn or not?

What if I am trying to resist being teleported, for example, and fail my first saving throw. Will I be teleported imidiatly or I will be teleported only at the end of my next turn (if I fail again) or maybe Clear mind is useless against instant effect spells ?

The second question: nothing is said about how many times I can do it during my rage, is it only once per rage or I can use it indefinitely?

Well, teleport the spell and most teleportation effect require a willing target. However, there are a few that can be used offensively.

It appears as though if you fail the first save, the affect happens normally (mostly because the ability doesn't say the effect doesn't occur, or is at least unclear). It merely says at the end of your next turn you get a chance to shake off the effect. Lets use confusion as an example instead of teleport.

You fail the will save against confusion. Assuming you did not have confusion somehow cast upon you during your turn (possible but unlikely) on your next turn you are confused and would undergo the normal effects of confusion. At the end of your turn you roll your save again and might shake off the effect. If successful, you are no longer confused.

With teleport, I simply have to imagine that you are teleported and then oddly blink back to your original position if you succeed on the second throw.

This particular ability has the clause of saying it works after any failed save, so it would appear to work multiple times per rage. Occurring whenever you failed a will save.

Edit: I'm thinking the ability should probably be reworded to say at the beginning of your next turn the save occurs, and that nothing takes effect on you until the second save has been taken. Because the other way ends up with weird things happening. Like teleporting back into your place after being teleported.

Our DM thinks that maybe this RP doesn't work against instant effects like teleport etc (in our case this is teleport via wish)

Anyway it looks like some faq or errata is nedeed, topic is still open to discussion
