Description
These small capsules consist of a concentrated mix of nauseainducing herbs. To use a capsule, you bite down and ingest its contents, which almost immediately cause you to projectile vomit. The vomiting lasts 1 full round, during which you can take no other actions. The following round you recover fully, and suffer no other ill effects. These capsules are most often used by rogues working in teams to create distractions and spectacles in order to draw people’s attention away from their activities, as well as by those interested in faking illness, such as pugilists trying to throw fights or criminals seeking to create chaos during an arrest.

Bolding mine.

What I am unsure about is this:
Taking the capsule has to be an action and the effect lasts for one full round in which no other actions can be taken. Is this (A) the round in which you have taken it? Then it is no full round but just the remainder of the round. Or is it (B) the round after you have taken it? If so, when does it start?
The text states that you almost immediately vomit, which again hints at (A).

Side question:
How hard would it be to aim the vomit at someone?
Would it have any effect?

Bringing it from your hand to your mouf is probably a standard action, like drinking a potion. But once it's in your mouf, it's probably a free action to chomp on it, like speaking. You can speak just fine while holding something in your cheek, just ask any preteen girl chewing gum.

It starts as soon as you chomp on it, because it starts "almost immediately," and you puke until the start of your next turn. One full round.

You can probably puke on someone in an adjacent square, like upending a vial of holy water on an adjacent ghost. The item doesn't say it inflict any conditions like nauseated or sickened on a target, so it doesn't. The effects would be social, just like the flavor text describes.

I am contemplating whether this is worth it to be used with the beguiling gift spell.
It's not the best thing but it doesn't hurt to have some, considering the low price.

It combines nicely with a false-bottomed cup. Cheers!
