Advice on a kobold swarm fighter

I have this idea in my head about putting together a kobold swarm fighter and was wondering how the community thought about building one. Assume a point buy (that's what I see most often) and starting level one. but also progression ideas and the such. kiinds of weapons feat builds and all that.

Kobolds are possibly the weakest of the playable races, Fighter possibly the weakest class and and Swarm Fighter suggests you'd have two of them.

So... what exactly are you trying to accomplish?

I... thought it sounded interesting the first time I read through it. It's a terrible archetype; play a swashbuckler(mouser) + Cavalier. Much better mechanically, thematically the same.

Alchemist's fire helps.

Wait, what are we talking about, again?

Alchemist's Fire always helps, It's tasty.

I could see a team of kobold played as one player. That could be really awesome. Their basic attack could be all 5 or so kobolds mauling a target. As levels go up, they'd get more efficient.

The RP aspect would be interesting to keep track of, but I'd give it a go in a home game, it at least sounds hilarious.

Well that certainly is a funny idea. But a swarm fighter doesn't NEED another swarm fighter kobold. It doesn't say it anywhere in the class.

Personally I like Rat folk for swarming. Play with a Buddy and never worry about getting into flanking position! It's good times. Is you heart set on Kobold?
