I was wondering what would happen when a barbarian skeletal champion went into rage. They would get the strength increase but I am not sure about the Constitution based stuff. A champion uses charisma instead on Constitution for its hitpoints and Con-based special abilities and rage boost constitution. Herolab they get a charisma boost when they rage so I was wondering if this has been covered somewhere before or it was another quirk of herolab?

A couple of times recently, when preparing undead barbarians' stat blocks, Paizo has slipped in an ability called Undead Barbarian.
Undead Barbarian An undead creature with the ability to enter a rage gains the morale bonuses from rage despite being immune to morale effects. The bonus to Constitution from the rage applies to an undead creature’s Charisma instead.
I believe that their intent is for it to consistently work this way; the wording implies that this is a standard rule. Of course, that and being "a quirk of Herolab" aren't mutually exclusive. :D
I'd roll with it. ^_^

Nope. Morale bonus, which Undead are immune to. That said, what Kalindlara said is likely the intent, or Unchained Barbarian has nothing morale or directly stat-bumping.

Depending on how one defines "rules", the passage I quoted above is from a Paizo rulebook in the RPG line. And as I said, the wording seems to apply to all undead barbarians.
It could easily be argued that the Undead Barbarian ability is how all undead barbarians work by RAW. ^_^
thank you this answers my question very neatly I think.
