Looking for ways to gain the Orc Subtype or racial classification

Advice

I've got a Troll who I want to have the racial classification or subtype of Orc, so I can take the Scarred Witch Doctor archetype.

Besides taking 1 level in Sorcerer with the Orc Bloodline, what other methods can I use?

If you are a player creating a character, stop it. You're getting cheese on the floor.

If you are a GM looking to build an NPC villain, great idea. Just do it. Don't bother with the racial prerequisite. You're the GM, you can bend the rules to suit the story.

I'm the GM but was actually wanting to use a feat or something to help justify it for a Troll Witch villain who has been stealing children for her cauldron.

She'll be surrounded by a tribe of Orcs and a few basic Trolls. I'm using the Troll Elder Matron from the Monster Codex, just would like to have the Scarred Witch Doctor archetype instead.

A level of sorcerer with the orc bloodline makes you an orc

You are the GM...you can do whatever you want. If you want your trolls to take the scarred witch archetype...just go for it. Yeah the level of sorc for orc bloodline does work but never let rules get in the way of making fun encounters or unique monsters.
