Reporting Thornkeep Accursed Halls Problem

Website Feedback

I just GMed my 60th game for credit, but when I reported Thornkeep - The Accursed Halls, (Event 45333, Session 13) it did not give me GM +2 credits, nor did it even add one credit. Have people been running into this error before? If you need me to delete and/or re-report the session, please let me know. Thanks!

I'll investigate this.

Thornkeep is one of the scenarios that is being repaired (likely in the next release). Once that's been rolled out you'll be able to properly report the scenario and get the credit you deserve.

Thank you, Scott. I have checked on it and it is reporting correctly now! Thank you for all of that hard work. I was able to fix a great many Thornkeep and Emerald Spire sessions. However, I noticed that Event #45333, Session 4 does not show up on my games GMed. I can only find it if I look up the event and click on session 4. This was a reporting of Emerald Spire, part 1, the Tower Ruins on October 26, 2014. I GMed it and the following players were playing:

GM Credit: 76576-4 Yngvar Sundheim (Liberty's Edge) - GM ranking: +2

Players:
126186-1 Pentax (Grand Lodge)
23772-7 Xoshak Aakiff (The Exchange)
158864-1 (Valeros) (Grand Lodge)
122932-3 Kuda(Sovereign Court)

They all earned 4 prestige points.

I know this is probably a very minor issue compared to what you are doing, so I appreciate you taking to time to follow up on this.

On another issue, I notice it declares the following statement for a number of different characters with evergreen scenarios such as the Confirmation that I played.

Event #38655 - TotalCon 2014 - Session 31 wrote:
Player has already run scenario at session # 1 of event # 39143 Lotus Land Pathfinder Session on February 08, 2014.

I have been ignoring that statement and others like it because I know the scenario is an evergreen. Should I continue to ignore it, or should it be corrected?

Thanks again!

The evergreen issue is a known issue, so continue to ignore it for now.

I'll look into the other issue.

Sorry for resurrecting the thread.

I have sent an email to customer service but there is no reply. No idea whom I should turn to. A single event which I ran was entirely discounted from my GM count and that dropped me from a 4 star GM at 180 games to a 3 star GM with 70 games.

Can anybody assist me? Tried the solutions above and it doesn't work.

Richard, I need some more information to look into this. I see 4 events you have organized and they all seem to be providing GM credit for the games you have run.

What events contain games you have run but are not receiving credit for (name, date, event number), and if you can tell me which sessions you are not receiving credit for that would be helpful as well. I'm just not seeing 110 session not providing you credit.

Technology Manager

Richard, I received your email and have sent a reply, but I'll summarize here for folks who may have a similar issue.

Quick version - Don't remove scenarios from your events if you have reported games using those scenarios.

You removed the scenarios from your event which caused the session reported for those scenarios to no longer be valid. You will need to go through each session and re-select the scenario now that you've added the scenario back to your event. Save the session after that and you will once again receive GM credit for them.
