Hi I was unpacking my order from your company and have a suggestion.
Please do not use UPS packing slip holders as shipping envelopes (was used to store some promo cards and a bookmark/advertising) if you are going to place it inside another box with unprotected products (module, adventure path, campaign setting, ppc, etc.)
The sticky backing on the shipping label holder is firmly glued to the books in my order and attempts to remove it without damaging the books were unsuccessful. The books now have a layer of glue residue on them as well which means I cannot stack them with anything otherwise they and other books will be damaged further.
I'm sure someone was in a hurry or was making do and nothing malicious was meant so please don't scold them. I'd prefer a polite reminder.
