Aasimar celestial servant.

Rules Questions

1)Dose this combo seem too strong? Especially with celestial servant as a feet. This guy is better than a paladin. Would you allow this in your game? And no lawful issues. Tho you must be good. Just be chaotic.

2)Also how would celestial servant work if you had 2 animal companions? Would you have to take it a second time? Or would you just get your companions from the celestial plane? The same for feats like: Evolved companion and the like. EX: I have an elephant companion and I also have a land shark. Would my shark and elephant benefit from the feat?

I was thinking of this for a build I have if it works. But the scary thing is the new familiars with the mauler archetype. Double smite spirited charge seems a bit too strong.. It would be a bit of work. But 2 levels of eldritch guardian then cavalier could do some nasty damage on a charge. Plus the eldritch heritage feat to continue the leveling mounted combat isn't a feat starved build. So I think this is doable. Or just pass on the eldritch guardian and just go to town with the mauler familiar and the smite ability.

:( no one

1. Eh... what combo?
2. Per the RAW, you cannot take the feat twice and it would only work on one critter. So you may need to bribe your GM; two Celestial ACs is only marginally more powerful than having 2 ACs in the first place.

what about evolved companion.?

Nah, I don't see a problem. The Smite is just once-a-day, and you're paying for that with three character levels.

Well, that feat can be taken multiple times. But the PC has to take the feat(s), so you could end up hamstringing the actual character just to upgrade the pet(s).
