Roleplaying focused Scenarios

I am looking to find some more roleplay focused scenarios to run, and less combat/dungeon crawl.

Preferably, lower tier.

Any suggestions?

Scars of the Third Crusade comes to mind.

Grand Lodge

That looks interesting.

Any other suggestions?

I am a new DM, and want to entice my group of newer PFS players, who happen to be very RP focused in their playstyle.

Silver Crusade

Off the top of my head:

The Merchant's Wake 1-5
Slave Master's Mirror 3-7
Severing Ties 1-5
Frostfur Captives 1-5
Blakros Matrimony 3-7

Shadow Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 ****

2-13 Murder on the Throaty Mermaid (1-5)
maybe 4-19 Night March of Kalkamedes (1-5)

Shadow Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 ****

also 5-19 Horn of Aroden (1-5)

Liberty's Edge

Library of the Lion is a blast. Lots of puzzles and opportunities for skill use. Few NPCs though so the party would have to do most of the roleplay within the group.

Awesome.

I will have to take a bit to look through all those, but I am glad for all the help.

The Dissapeared (lvl 1-5) is a great roleplay scenario!

Silver Crusade 1/5

The Stolen Heir gives some opportunities for great roleplay. It has, however, some really tough decisions, and a group not being able to agree on anything (or containing two opposing hardliners) might not find it fun.

Major Spoiler for The Stolen Heir

Spoiler:

There are two tough decisions in the scenario:
Do we let the kidnappers go (who, while not really having GOOD intentions, were deceived by the Big Bad)?
And even more important:
Do we hand in the kidnapped person to her kidnappers (who will do her no harm) and ensure financial aid for the Pathfinder Society's crusade in the Worldwound or do we free her, possibly losing out on military aid and thus ultimatly fail in our mission?

Our group had a huge (IC) fight about what was right. The paladin of all people was the hardliner arguing for turning her in, in a very "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few" way.

Shadow Lodge 4/5

Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment (This is a must play, 1-5)
Slave Ships of Absalom (1-5)
By Way of Bloodcove (3-7)
Before the Dawn Part 1 (1-7)

4/5

The Merchant's Wake (1-5)
Library of the Lion (1-5)
The Disappeared (1-5)
Blakros Matrimony (3-7)
Hellknight's Feast (5-9)
Immortal Conundrum (5-9)
Red Harvest (7-11)
Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment (1-5)
Decline of Glory (1-7)
The Technic Siege (5-9)
Cultist's Kiss (7-11)
Scars of the Third Crusade (1-5)
Murder's Mark (Level 1 module for Levels 1-2)

Feast of Ravenmoor is a good dark module full of RP goodness.

God's Market Gamble (1-5) is a nice one for new players, too. It's another investigation one, but it doesn't have any new mechanics (and the chase scene is the optional encounter).

Here's why I really love it:
Kreighton Shane gives the mission briefing, and I usually have him get lost in thought and just trail off in the middle of a sentence. This forces the players to get his attention (in character) so he can finish the briefing.

If the players are shy, he'll trail off two or three times, until they're all jumping in immediately to snap him out of it. It's a great way to set the RP expectations for the scenario and get everyone involved.

^^ I want to sit at your table, Dorothy!

Grand Lodge

Kreighton Shane is a fun one to RP.

Drendle Drang is my favorite, as he looks like a stoned dirty hobo, and I usually play him up as one.

Well, that and Grandmaster Torch, as he always meets you in the bath. I usually play him like "Dale the Whale" from Monk.

Silver Crusade 5/5 5/55/5 **** Venture-Captain, Germany—Bavaria

I second slave masters mirror and scars of the third crusade.
The Dissipated however is more mission impossible than RP, but that is certainly a valid approach.
By way of bloodcove is a pretty nice sandbow, perfect for players who like to find creative solutions.

Oh I like that! I usually do Torch as "Hedonism Bot" from Futurama, but sometimes I think that's a bit too creepy.

This past Monday, we were coincidentally running two scenarios intro'd by Hamshanks (Tide of Morning and Citadel of Flame) simultaneously. The briefing in Citadel of Flame starts out with Hamshanks rushing in and complaining about not having enough time to do things right...because he had another team of agents waiting for him down the hall. (Finally, that opening bit made sense!)

Grand Lodge

I can't find art of Dennel Hamshanks.

I'm not even sure what race he is...

Grand Lodge

I keep a gallery of Venture Captain pictures, to show PCs.

Should I just find something random for him?

Pathfinder Adventure, Rulebook Subscriber

He doesn't show up in Seeker of Secrets, so I have no idea where you could find any info on him.
