Any way to ignore cover with a reach weapon?

If I'm using a glaive and there is someone in between me and my target, are there any feats/abilities/traits that will negate cover for that attack?

None that I know of.

For comparison, here is something that does this for longbows.

When you are using a longbow, if only a single creature is providing soft cover to your target, your target does not receive the +4 bonus to AC.

Improved Precise Shot will do that for ranged weapons.

Make sure you thoroughly understand the cover rules; that'll make it easier for you to deny enemies cover. Keep in mind that when attacking non-adjacent enemies, you use the rules for ranged weapons to determine cover. Those are much more in the attacker's favour than the rules for melee weapons.

That's assuming medium vs medium. As the opponent gets larger, regardless of how big it is, it becomes very easy for it to get cover vs ranged.

Yes, there are absolutely some ways to do this. It's important to characters who fish for Attacks of Opportunity (AoOs), since Soft Cover denies the AoO.

One way is to be Large (e.g. affected by the spell Enlarge Person) and in the proper tactical position. Specifically, you want to be adjacent to the cover. With your reach weapon you have 20' reach, but may only attack targets 15' and 20' away. The key thing to understand is that tall characters can attack over the heads of short things (like shorter PCs). Rodinia does this routinely in PFS play.

Low Obstacles and Cover: A low obstacle (such as a wall no higher than half your height) provides cover, but only to creatures within 30 feet (6 squares) of it. The attacker can ignore the cover if he's closer to the obstacle than his target.

R = Enlarged Rodinia (cleric with the Growth domain), 12' 2" tall

a = an Ally who is less than 6' 1" tall. There are two allies in the below diagram.
_ = empty 5' square
F = Foe 1
f = foe 2

The adjacent Ally, a, does not provide soft cover when Rodinia attacks foe F. However, for F does provide soft cover when Rodinia attacks foe f. In other words, when a tall character sets up to fish for AoOs, she can take AoOs over the heads of adjacent short allies.

Thanks, I was aware of all that but didn't think of it when I posted the question. That does answer the question, but unfortunately won't work for the scenario I have in mind.

Another option, i think, might be to play as a mounted character. The extra few feet from your high horse might be enough to ignore the cover of an ally.
