Advice

I'm looking at building a wetboy from the night angel trilogy, and really the only thing that i can think of that would fit would be the Stygian slayer. wielding a Wakizashi and a dagger, or punch dagger. specializing in stealth, survival and bluff.

with primary stats being Dex, charisma, int and wisdom. With feats weapon finesse, improved Critical, wep focus and weapon spec, two wep fighting improved two weapon fighting and double slice as well as uncanny dodge and improved uncanny dodge.

Anyone else think of something that should be added or replaced?

Double Slice may be unnecessary if your Strength is not particularly high. Matching weapons makes the weapon focus/spec part easier. Never forget Two Weapon Rend in your plans! :)

FYI - I thought you meant a trilogy of Pathfinder Tales novels by Liane Merciel, NightGlass, NightBlade (due out soon), and (third book being written).

It's a trilogy of books by Brent weeks i had the name of the trilogy wrong at first and corrected it. Two weapon rend makes seance, though most of the wetboys in the trilogy use one long weapon and one short weapon. only the primary characters wield double Wakizashi's or katanas or longsword. I'm trying to keep him as one of the more standard wetboys rather than the ones that the protagonists are.

You could just use daggers. A dagger averages a foot long, but they can be anything with a blade from 6 to 15 inches. You could go with dagger feats, the river rat trait, and just flavor one with a longer blade.

Liberty's Edge

I loved that series, Stygian slayer looks almost a perfect fit. Deadly and just a hint of magic. Just a note for role playing reasons I would not call yourself a wetboy until you get a bit higher in levels, a wetboy does not fail a kill. My only concern is that you will want inteligence higher than charisma but that's not a problem. I agree on double slice not being needed if your strength is less than 14, when you can pick up some method of darkvision so that when you cast darkness you can see while your contract cannot.

I was thinking about that also. Int would probably be higher, Though a double dagger build isn't bad but its still a dagger. when they usually carry an actual sword and a smaller weapon usually a dagger, punch dagger, Hooked blade, i think even one of them had a kukri.

Less than 16 you're only going to get +1 damage out of it at best.

Xemnas, Longsword/Kukri works well for getting a high damage weapon (and the high crit small one). Or use dagger to be able to deal piercing damage, and throw it if needed.

I was rereading the books again and came across an interesting ability that the ka'kari posses that if you were to play the kar'karifer im trying to figure out how they would obtain it.

Basically the black Kar'kari has an anti-magic affect where it is able to block out the magic of other items around it. and it also has a devouring effect that it will devour items that its wielder currently has on them.

The Arcanist Consume Magic Item Exploit seems close to the ability. A Blade Adept with that exploit would be a good start.

Try building out a slayer 6 level crimson assassin x level. Seems to fit books wetboy mold. Assassins that use magic to help them fight and hide. Sawtooth sabers ftw BTW. You can use the ranger style to keep you Dex down and str higher chr. Only needs to be 13 to cast up to 3rd level spells. Crim. Assassins spell list is pretty good .
