My PC is an Aasimar Oracle of Life with Channeling Revelation. I also picked the Luck Variant channeling.
At level 2 and picking favored bonus "+ 1/2 to 1 Revelation". My Channeling went up to 2d6 (but need to divide by half since I took Variant channeling"
I think the Luck Variant Channel bonus should still be 1, since you only get the second at level 5.
My question is that when my PC is at level 4 with a "+1 to 1 Revelation", do I get the +2 to bonus or I have to wait till 5th level no matter how many +s I have to revelation.

Technically speaking, I don't think Oracles can obtain Variant Channeling.
The Variant Channeling rules weren't well thought out or well written and so there are a lot of problems with them.

Edit: Nevermind, I guess they updated the text to say that anyone that serves a deity can use it. I don't think that use to be there.
In fact it doesn't even make sense to me as Oracles don't serve a deity and shouldn't have access to any deity's portfolio. But whatever. Not the first time rules don't make sense. But it doesn't explain what portfolios an oracle should have access to through which deities.
A character who has the channel energy ability from a class other than cleric may use these variant channeling rules if the class’s abilities are tied to serving a deity. For example, paladins can select alternative channeling abilities if they serve a deity, as can oracles with the Life mystery (as they serve many deities), but necromancer wizards cannot.
I think it is based on the domain similar to the cleric.
I can tell you however that the deities which are linked to the Life Mystery are Gozreh, Irori, Pharasma, Sarenrae.
Gozreh has these portfolios: Nature, Weather, The sea
Irori has these portfolios: History, Knowledge, Self-perfection
Pharasma has these portfolios: Fate, Death, Prophecy, Rebirth
Sarenrae has these portfolios: Sun, Redemption, Honesty, Healing
You will note the Luck portfolio is not among them. So, I do not think you can access the Luck Variant Channel, though you could theoretically access any of those provided by any of the deities linked to your Mystery.

I noted that in my edit in my first post. It appears Oracles are allowed to choose variant channels though I believe they updated the text to allow it (even though it doesn't make sense based on the description of the ability) since the last time I had looked at it.
Please note it is not related to a deity's domain, but rather their portfolios.
