Which stile fit better between TWF and Natural Attacks?

Depends on what class you are using, plus whether you have plans on how to get those natural attacks.

For instance, a rogue would do well to go with a bite/claw/claw set, because their BAB leaves TWF penalties as a rather sore spot. Also, they can usually only rely on 2 of their TWF attacks to hit reliably (with another 2 that are a bit more iffy, bringing in the expectation of 2-4 attacks), while the 3 natural attacks would hit rather reliably since they use their highest BAB.

For a more martial character with full BAB, however, the 3 attack set can begin to lose its edge over at higher levels (typically after +11 BAB). For levels 1-10, they in fact dominate fairly well, but afterwards a full BAB character (most of whom also have mechanics that further boost their accuracy and damage) begins to see the second iteratives become rather reliable, and could tip the scales a bit. But as long as you plan to have more natural attacks than you have iteratives, then it is a fine style even at higher levels.

Also, in discussing damage, it depends on where your damage comes from. If it is a bonus to each hit like sneak attack or favored enemy, then the two styles are somewhat equal. But if it is from strength and power attack bonuses, natural attacks have an edge as long as they are primary (meaning full bonuses, while offhand attacks with TWF would only get 1/2 of those bonuses). A barbarian would do well to focus on natural attacks over TWF for this reason.

Thank you for the advice, now things seems more clearer to me.

So low BAB classes benefit from natural attacks more than higher BAB classes that going in TWF obtains more attacks with a meaningless penalty (that's what i've understand :3).

I'm creating a new PC and want to use a "little race" like gnomes, halflings, goblins... who have all penalty to STR, so it's probably better to go Natural Attacks build, maybe Rogue?
