Canorus and Anchor's End

Has the size of the Cheliax colonies of Canorus and Anchor's End ever been established? Are they small cities? Or are the colonies large administrative regions that contain several settlements like a province? Thoughts?

The official answers are yet unrevealed, though they would be closer to individual settlements rather than entire provinces.

I'd say treat them more as small cities, not metropolises, but with a number of settlements, farmsteads, outposts, mining and lumber businesses set up around them.
