I've always been curious about what optional rules are listed in the APs. Beyond a few modules I've purchased, I'm sorta in the dark; save for reprinted content in Ultimate Campaign. So, I'm wondering what optional rules are in what Adventure paths?
Perhaps in good time, I'll have the spare cash to invest in subscription (as I've really been interested in the last and current seasons especially. Not to mention, the two upcoming APs look very interesting.)

Most hsve been reprinted and updated as of Ultimate Campaign. You can see em here.
Well, there's at least a couple in there.
But, does anyone know of any others? I know there's stuff for caravans and romance in Jade Regent, dealing with cthuloid creatures in Carrion Crown, modern war machines and faerie tale style gaming in Reign of Winter; but that's pretty much all I'm vaguely familiar with.

Off the top of my head:
Traits (from Rise of the Runelords; reprinted in APG)
Chases (Curse of the Crimson Throne; reprinted in APG)
Haunts (Not sure where these first appeared; reprinted in APG, IIRC)
Kingdom Building (Kingmaker; reprinted/updated in Ultimate Campaigns)
Mass Combat (Kingmaker; reprinted/updated in Ultimate Campaigns)
Naval Combat (Skull and Shackles; not yet reprinted)
Caravans (Jade Regent; not yet updated)
Romance (Jade Regent; reprinted in Ultimate Campaigns, IIRC)
Troop subtype (Reign of Winter; not yet reprinted/standardized)
I know I'm missing some.

Good list.
Haunts were Rise of the Runelords initially and show up in the Game Mastery Guide. Chases are also in the GMG.
Cheers!

That's right; I always confuse GMG and APG for some reason.
I wasn't sure about RotRL. I know haunts are in the anniversary edition, but I don't own the originals, so wasn't sure if they were retconned in or not.
