Four attempted orders to buy NPC Codex - each declined by Paizo - but bank shows purchase?

As noted in my subject header, I tried to purchase a .pdf copy of the NPC Codex this morning. On my first attempt, it showed my card was declined. Not sure why, I tried again. Declined. Backed out of my purchase, and tried again two more times. Declined. Went to my back account - no problem with resources - but I now see that I've been charged four times for my attempted (and declined) purchase.

I hope that this self-corrects .. but moreover, wonder why my card's being declined.

What you are seeing are authorizations, rather than charges. When we authorized your card, it appears that your banking institution indicated that the billing address is incorrect, and therefore our system declined the card. If you are seeing holds on your account, then it would mean that your bank accepted the authorization with an incorrect address.

I have put through an authorization reversal request to see if this will convince your bank to release the held funds. To get your PDF, you will need to re-enter your payment information and make sure that the billing address matched the address to which you receive your credit card bills.

Thanks Cosmos. I'll have to go back and check the information. I haven't changed anything for some time and haven't had problems with this. So, all I can say is, "Hinky."
