What book is the ninja and gladiator class from?

Also, does the assassin lose spells in pathfinder?

Ninja and gladiator are in Ultimate Combat if you wish to purchase the pdf or book. The ninja is a class, while the gladiator is a fighter archetype (not a class). The assassin is a prestige class located in the Core Rulebook, and does not have spells.

All are available for free on Paizo's PRD or the d20PFSRD website.

There's also the Red Mantis Assassin in the Pathfinder Campaign Setting: The Inner Sea World Guide book, if you wish to purchase that pdf or hard copy. This assassin does have spells.
