Vestigial Arms + Firearms

1) With 4-arms could 2 pepperboxes be wielded using 2 arms to fire and the other 2 to change barrels allowing a full-round attack to fire 12 shots?

2) Would I be able to, after firing said pepperboxes, reload one barrel of each in 1 move action, or if I have the rapid reload feat and alchemical cartridges would I be able to reload all of the barrels, each as a free action?

Yep. Wouldn't even need four arms, either. Just one extra should be enough to get the job done. I guess it would look a little silly, though.

Oh, when I saw "vestigial arms" I immediately thought of a T-Rex--then a T-Rex dual wielding pepperboxes. My players would totally never see that coming =)
