When I click on a private message I get the following error:
The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area.
Cleared cache and cookies for Paizo. Can access them with a tablet so it must be the browser? Was working fine a few days with no changes on my part. Then it started to happen periodically but continued attempts would eventually get through. No longer the case. Just that error every time. Suggestions?

This is going to be an interesting fix and will give some insight into current browser behavior. Logged in on the same machine with Brave and the site looks totally different. Works seamlessly. In addition to the PM issue, Account settings cannot be reached. Chrome is retaining something that changed on paizo.com imo.

Hello, Igar,
I spent some time looking into your case, but wasn't able to reproduce the problems you're experiencing. Updating your browser is always a good idea, but if the issue is in your browser profile, cache, or cookies, those are usually carried over even after an update.
At this stage, more information would be extremely helpful in narrowing down where the issue is located. Can you try accessing your account settings/PMs from one or more entirely different machines, possibly including a mobile device? Trying to access those pages from different networks may also help - work internet, home internet, and mobile data are usually good candidates. If you're able to tell us whether you succeed or fail on as many combinations of browser, OS, machine, and network as possible, that will help us considerably.

Thank you, Brian.
I can access it on the same machine with a different browser as well as another device. Chrome was updated again to Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit). Cookies and cache for paizo.com were cleared way back and again after an update. The issue remains. Is another domain or site included in this? I have the same issue using my default connection as well as a vpn.

Closed all paizo tabs, restarted chrome, cleared cookies and cache for paizo.com. Restarted chrome. Was able to log in and when I click on new alias I was directed to:
https://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/85/wo/7gwTyZbPRDIjojrkioY5b0 /0.StandardPageTemplate.1.15.11.3.1.1.2.5.1.1.2.0.3.4.1.1.MAOverview.2.5.0. 2.1.3.1.9
Checked the link to a private message and it is https://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/85/ajax/7gwTyZbPRDIjojrkioY5 b0/3.StandardPageTemplate.1.15.11.3.1.1.3.13.2.3.2.1.3.1.1.3.1.15.1.2.3.2.3 .2.1.3.1.1.3.1.1.3.4.1.1.0.7 which returns "The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area."
Much appreciation. It is certainly a chrome issue and I am interested to see what is going on here. I have been an IT consultant for more than 2 decades, so I am not afraid to do some very technical stuff over here.

Looking at it from Brave:
The link to the PM appears to be the same.
https://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/76/ajax/jm01WFqIuC8Tm5HBbGPq j0/0.StandardPageTemplate.1.15.11.3.1.1.3.13.2.3.2.1.3.1.1.3.1.15.1.2.3.2.3 .2.1.3.1.1.3.1.1.3.4.1.1.0.7
The website menu is completely different in Brave. In brave the menu is accessed from a single drop down icon in the upper right.
In Chrome that does not exist. There is a search in the middle followed by my account, cart and help to the right of that.
update: the links are different after .woa
Using the brave link to the pm in chrome directs to paizo.com
This not critical by any means, just a technical curiosity and important imo.

I am having the same, or similar, issue.
I can see that there is a PM. I see the sender and subject. When I click on it, I see it start to load then throws a Paizo error with this url:
https://paizo.com/people/NeoEvaX/https%3A%2F%2Fpaizo.com%2Fpeople%2FNeoEvaX %2Fpm
I can tell that is not a properly formatted URL.
So that link gets copied when I try to click the subject of a PM.
The PM subject link (before clicking) is:
https://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/29/ajax/VpiHQgbVYFrRlXtq6N2y 1M/0.StandardPageTemplate.1.15.11.3.1.1.3.13.2.3.2.1.3.1.1.3.1.15.1.2.3.2.3 .2.1.3.1.1.3.1.1.3.4.1.1.0.7
I have tried to erase all cookies, with no luck.
