Dungeon Clutter (Cleaves)

Homebrew and House Rules

Dungeon Clutter is anything in the dungeon that isn't that valuable, dangerous, or even important. It's just there. For example...
1. Standard bed. Sized for 1.A kobold, 2. A human(oid), 3.An oger, or 4 a giant.

2) A pillar with a bas relief of Ogre or Troll pornography on it.

3) A well picked over human(oid) skeleton, with only rags left of it's clothes.

4) A well picked over animal skeleton, with only scraps of leathery skin and fur left.

5) The dessicated carcass of a giant spider, it's carapace smashed and broken.

6) A wall with a skeletal hand sticking out, the apparent result of a teleport attempt gone awry.

From someone who has played in a game where we were escaped slaves a lot of the clutter you mentioned is not clutter but with the application of mending etc could be profitable even if you arent Harry King.

The Exchange

101. Crushed chalk sticks

Bump. This is what people use to keep topics from being lost.

Crushed chalk sticks probably looks like powdered chalk with foot prints in it.

The Exchange

103. Four rats.

104. A magic wand. What luck! Unfortunately, examination reveals that it has 0 charges left.

105. A tattered poster, pasted to one wall. The remnants indicate that somebody is Wanted and that there's a Reward of some kind.

106. A wide swath of yellowish-orange toadstools, about nine inches tall. Ordinarily harmless, although extended contact (say, taking 20 on a search) brings on a mild contact poison effect.

107. A wide swath of yellowish-orange toadstools, about nine inches tall, which turn out to be shriekers (with the Young template).

108. A large urn of cheap stoneware, large enough for a dwarf to conceal himself inside.

109. A pile of thumbscrews.

110. Luminous yellow mold growing between the cracks in the ceiling. A 5' wide patch of the mold is bright enough to shed dim light in adjoining spaces. Although it's edible, most people would find hunger preferable.

111. A 20' length of chain ending in a spiked, black iron collar (currently unlocked and unoccupied.)

With the Dungeon Clutter booster pack, most of this stuff will be common. The cover picture will probably show an overflowing trashcan.
