PC construct races that allow non-humanoid builds?

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

I've been looking for a construct style racial type that allows the character to start with or become a non-humanoid build, but most of the published products generally restrict their concept to humanoid construct styles.

Does anyone know of a published supplement tht allows you to build yourself into a non-humanoid style construct?

Advanced Race Guide. Pick construct, then pick quadruped, add extra arms, add extra legs, etc.

The closest thing I know of was an artifact for warforged, from one of the last issues of Dragon Magazine - it allowed a warforged to take on a half-scorpion build (similar to a girtablilu).

I'm guessing that's not within the scope of what you're looking for, though. If it is, I can try to find the issue number and such for you...

I recall seeing another 3.5 warforged that looked like a gorilla. Ran on four limbs, don't recall if front limbs had hands or hooves.

Warforged charger. Page 191, Monster Manual III.

Of sorry, I'm wasn't as clear as I should have been. I was thinking of a race or racial class that allowed you to modify your shape. (for those who play Exalted, think how the alchemicals can modify their shapes as they grow in age).

Hmm. Let me check something...

An Unchained summoner with the synthesist archetype and an Inevitable eidolon-shell might be worth looking into.

Unfortunately, by the rules-as-written, they only allow bipeds... but, given the existence of the zelekhut, you could probably convince a GM to loosen that restriction.

Oh. I made one of those for a PF homebrew competition. Was an organic constructs though, does that still count?
