4 or more skills from an Item....

Rules Questions

So would this be legal.

You really want to have 5 skills enchanted into a headband to give you max ranks.

So you make a headband +6 with the skills Appraise, Acrobatics, Bluff for 36k.

You further enchant it as a headband +2 with the skill Disguise for 6k more (4k * 1.5 for second enchantment).

You then further enchant it as a headband +2 with Diplomacy for 6k more (4k * 1.5) for additional enchantment.

Would this then give +6 int, and 5 skills at rank equal to your level? Obviously the +int does not stack, but I can not see why the pre-programmed skill would not stack.

No because it only gives +3 skill points, from the +6. You get the skills because of the boost to intelligence, not for an esoteric other reason.
