Druid Wild Shape Clarifications

General Discussion (Prerelease)

Ok, so I've been pouring through the druid wild shape rules, and while I realize that there have been a few threads on it previously, a few things haven't been covered.

This is what I understand the rules for wild shape to be:

*Wild shape now functions as a series of spells: Beast shape I-IV (no magical beasts), Plant Shape I-III (no plant shape IV), Elemental Body I-IV. The only real change is duration.
*The druid gains all natural attacks, land speed, and appearance of a generic version of creature.
*The druid maintains her own ability scores, saves, BAB, and hit points while gaining bonuses and penalties to her ability scores based on her new form. Size modifiers must also be applied.
*The druid gains only the abilities listed in the spell used for the transformation. She may gain the listed amount or the base creature's amount, whichever is lower.

Here's what I'm not clear on:
1. Under the polymorph text in the magic chapter, it says that all DCs are based on the spell used to gain the form. If I understand this correctly, it means that breath weapons, poisons, trample, etc. will have a DC of (10+Spell Level+Wisdom modifier)? If that's true, it's a great way to help reduce a bit of the new druid's MAD.
2. If number 1 is true, does that mean that taking the feats Spell Focus (Transmutation) and Greater Spell Focus (Transmutation) will grant the druid a +2 to ability DCs? Or would she have to take Ability Focus (Wild Shape) to gain the +2 bonus?
3. The plant Wild Shape ability is somewhat vague when it comes to what abilities a druid gains when going plant form. It specifically says Poison. In the bonus beastiary it has an entry on the Ascomoid, a large plant creature. One of it's abilities is Spores(ex), which is a poison ability but not specifically listed as such. Would the druid gain this?

Right, so that's that. Thanks in advance for any clarifications.

Well we'll have to see exactly what the rules are in the Pathfinder RPG in less then a month, but I don't see anything wrong with your theories at this point.
