Mayla would nod and would wade back towards the group. "Indeed all my magic is out also. I know we want to save the girl Takeshi, but we must do so smartly. Without our power, I can only swing a stick and summon the Lotus Shield"
She would look at him and looks to Essa. "Hopefully tomorrow, when the frogs wake they will be more helpful. Takeshi, I will share my food with you." Mayla would move with the others and head up.
When they set down and relaxed she would help dry everyone's clothes and pulls out food for Takeshi and herself.
Once she ate she would sit down and start studying one of the scrolls to see if she could add it to her spellbook. Blur would be put in first. Since, the other wouldn't work on mindless undead as far as she knew.

CLW to Tane: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
CLW to Selene: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Desna smiles on you, as nothing troubles you. You feel better, and you look forward accomplishing your rescue mission with more confidence.
Tane and Essa feel their strenght coming slowly back
Everyone get 2 HP. Tane and Essa get 1 STR back. Feel free to use more heal (before resting) if needed.

Essa Dwae |

If someone makes a long term care roll, we can recover double hp and lost strength.
"People are still hurt and the shadow took its toll on us yet."
Heal Check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Essa gets out some bandages and herbs and starts making wraps but falls asleep mid action. Roguk already snores peacefully nearby one of the bandages unrolled and wrapped around his head, one arm and a foot, and one end in his mouth.

Tane Norwind |

"Thanks Takeshi, much appreciated my friend."
Tane settles in and quickly dozes off, fatigued by the days events.
Tane wakes feeling rested, but still not completely at full strength. He nods to Essa's statement and feels his stomach grumble. Searching through his pack for something to munch on he finds some bread and shoves it into his mouth. With his mouth half full he says, "Sho we heffing black brown nowh?"

Selene Vosmus |

The morning comes and Selene wakes feeling sore and a little worse for wear from the grunts and exclamations as she moves around and performs a few morning stretches. She shares her morning bread with anyone that is without, but she seems preoccupied with something troubling; probably one of the many disturbing events that have taken place recently.
"Aye Tane," she nods getting up after finishing her meal, "With some of our strength restored, we should make haste as soon as we are packed up and ready to go."

Malya Vardigan |

Heal: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Mayla will try to make everyone comfortable as she kept watch but eventually she would wake the next person to keep watch before crawling into bed.
When she awoke the next morning she would pull out her book to study to prepare her spells for the day.
Once that was complete she would eat and make sure Roldare was alright and that he had eaten.
"I promise, we will find her." She tells him.

DM Lil" Eschie |

After their rest, the young heroes of Kassen descend once again the stairs to the lower level of the Crypt, unsure of what wait for us into the shadows but confident their respective abilities and teamwork will give them the victory.
Where do you go now? I will update the map according to your next direction

Essa Dwae |

Essa completes her morning communion with nature, and wrestles with Roguk for a while and they both eat heartily. Essa hums off tune to some song she made up and goes about getting ready for delving deeper into the crypt. "Time to be heroes again!" She jokes to the group. "Let's all be safe today!"

Selene Vosmus |

"Err, yes... That other way. I suppose I don't know which way is which anymore. I'm not certain as to why I thought that was south." Selene has a puzzled look on her face as she turns and pivots in a effort to trace her path and regain her berrings. "Ugh, nevermind. Let's just get going."

DM Lil" Eschie |

Leaving the room of the frog , you soon see a new room, invaded by maybe a foot high of water...
A strange blue fungus covers the walls, ceiling, and pillars of this waterlogged chamber. Its wispy strands stretch out from the wall like roots dangling in the air, twitching and swaying in an unseen breeze.
Floating in the water are four decaying corpses—three large rats and one giant frog—with strange burn marks all over their bodies.
It's strange.
new map! I got internet tonight, but for how long?

Malya Vardigan |

Knowledge Nature: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Mayla looked at the strange Blue fungus and then to the corpses in the body as she carefully studied it without walking in to far trying to identify it. Something was niggling her. Surely she had read about this somewhere.

DM Lil" Eschie |

You suspect that this room won't be safe to traverse before every patches on the wall adjacent to the water are destroyed first.
The book doesn't say how many patches there is to destroy, let's go random number of patches: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Tane Norwind |

Tane hesitates at the entrance. "The fact that there are dead creatures in this is probably a sign we should be extremely cautious. Perhaps we should turn around and go the other way?"

Malya Vardigan |

Mayla nods. "Extremely Dangerous. Okay everyone, stay out of the water. That is Azure Fungus. Oh how I would love to bottle some but to dangerous. It builds up energy that it releases in violent bursts of electricity. Looking at it any waves created will disturb it and make it discharge. Hence, anything walking through getting electrocuted. Luckily I prepared Ray of Frost. Ill need to stun it with the cold then scrape it off. I can use my dagger for that. We can also work together but no one in the water till those four patches are stunned. And don't close to the wall except near the patches. You don't want to be hit by the other fungus incase it discharges."
Mayla pulls out her dagger and gauges the distance striking all four of them with cold before very very carefully proceeding to the first making sure to stun them again if she needed to. She would have to tell the wizard of the fungus. This could be useful as a component for electricity spells or even to study.

Essa Dwae |

"Can we force it to discharge on some harmless object? Maybe toss something into the water to disturb it and it will discharge on the target?"
Essa nods her head and looks at everyone and makes sure Roguk doesn't get too curious about the room and floating bodies.

Malya Vardigan |

"Ill need you to back us up with healing. Thanks Selene. I'll make sure to translate."
Once it was all scraped away she lets out a sigh of relief and carefully backs away from the wall double checking before moving to the opposite doorway.
Sticking her head out into the hall looking both ways checking for more fungus before nodding to the others.
"Alright this connects to a door and goes further down. I'm looking for Fungus before I give the all clear."

Tane Norwind |

Tane watches with amazement and leans into tell Essa, "Wow, she's really good at that. I would have just walked up and poked at it with my blade."
When Malya is finshed he adds, "Let us know, I'll come down when it's time."

DM Lil" Eschie |

Malya sees no more fungus in the corridor.
The north corridor seems to go back toward the frog's room.
The southern one is a bigger room, with more water.
This large chamber is partially flooded, with the south end just barely rising out of the stagnant water. A large wheel is set into the floor of the dry area, attached to chains that rise up into the ceiling. A thick layer of slick, black mold covers the carvings on the walls of this chamber. You see no danger.

Malya Vardigan |

Moving back to the others. "Looks Clear but the room is mostly flooded. The south end barely out of the water and there seems to be a wheel with chains. Also, a black mold is over all the carvings on the wall." She tried to see if she remembered anything about black molds.

"I suggest everyone wear something over your nose and mouth. You may be allergic to it and that could be bad. Better safe than sorry." Pulling out a handkerchief and wringing it out before tying it over her nose and mouth like a bandana. "Ready when you are, the water is deep so be careful."

Selene Vosmus |

Selene tears a strip of her tunic, wets it if it isn't already, shakes out the cloth to remove everything but dampness, and wraps it around her head to cover her face and mouth. She helps any one else with theirs after she has reassured herself that the mask will be sufficient.

Tane Norwind |

Tane slides his chain shirt up and slices off several inches in a long strip on the the bottom. He ties it over his face, feeling slightly silly but complying to the more knowledgeable in the group on the subject. Once ready he will assume point and begin to lead the group through the dangerously smelly room.

A large wheel is set into the floor of the dry area, attached to chains that rise up into the ceiling. A thick layer of slick, black mold covers the carvings on the walls of this chamber.
But as soon as you enter the room...
Trouble begins.
Six skeletons rise from the ground, dripping mud and water, hungry for your flesh... One just in front of Tane & Malya!

DM Lil" Eschie |

Tane delivers an impressive blow, sending shards of bones everywhere in the water.
Essa and roguk moves to strike.. but both suddenly disappear from view, falling into deeper water than expecting!
Will need Swim check, DC 10, for both druid and animal
Another skeleton walks toward Tane and Malya, his weapon ready to strike, the other simply waits near the wheel, at the other end of the room
Both have AoO.
@Takeshi: maybe you haven't seen, but you took in a previous room 20 blunt arrows to use against the skeletons.
Anyone can play Enev (or I'll GMpc him), haven't seen him in a while
