Cartoonish

It has a cartoonish face. The rest of the sculpt is okay. The paint job falls a little flat.

Best prepainted plastic manticore to date. Which isn't saying much, and this one is still a little bit goofy looking, but decently painted and fairly well sculpted, if a bit bland.

Best fig in the set. Like all of them, the color's too flat, needed a good wash to bring out the texture, but the sculpt is top notch. Finally a good manticore!

I have mixed feelings on this guy. The face and mane are very nice and proportioned, but the body is too gaunt, and the wings are too small. The colors are nice, with good shading, but I would have liked a detail color (maybe black) for the tail spikes. A more active pose would have been nice as well.
