Which Familiars can pour a potion from my pack on a party member?

1) Which Familiar can I select that can pull a potion from my Haversack or Potion pouch and then pour it into the mouth of an ally that is unconscious?

2) Also what tricks does the arcane familiar need to know?

1) Any of them that have the kind of physical dexterity and limbs to do so since they are all intelligent.

2) They don't need to know any tricks.

3) Familiars level along with the Wizard, Sorcerer, Witch, or whatever else grants the ability.

2) None, familiar are intelligent magical beasts.

2.Familiars don't learn tricks. Those are for animals

Pretty much any of them should be able to do that if you put a ring on the stopper for them.

For my mounted druids horse, the druid pours the potions into an edible gourd. When the horse is injured it leans back and eats the gourd. If your familiar isn't very manually dexterous you could try the same thing for your party members.

Familiars are sentient and intelligent beings (often they can become more intelligent than some party members) They don't need to be taught tricks or use handle animal checks to get them to do things.

3) What level does the familiar need to be?

They should be smart enough to do it right out of the box.
