Actually, rather than prolonging... Let's just say Shendalyn needs to re-inforce the troops (as in resummon Lemures) once.

Vibrant green and putrid pus fly with gay abandon, filling the room with the detritus borne of the conflict. Shendalyn's tide of flesh slowly o'ercomes the oozes though - the green puddles at first diminishing before growing quiescent. As Mi'Dre awakens you all you count yourselves content that the putrescent footsoldies forestalled any harm to come to you.

Beyond the now quelled fray you search the room and find that beyond the hole that leads outside and the chill breeze - there is not much else of interest.

Just ol' lightning pants upstairs now.

"Did we win? Albina says groggily, before catching herself. "Of course we won. That's why they're dead and we are alive."

As they reach the chamber with the lightning elemental, she casts communal resist energy again, this time protecting against electricity, and, as they open the door, follows it up with a blessing.

resist electricity 10 for everyone for 10 minutes, bless for a +1 morale bonus to attack rolls and saves vs. fear for 5 minutes

Male Human Wizard Thassilonian Sin Magic Specialist (Gluttony) 6

Cruxcarr pauses awhile to cast magicks that will both protect his corpulent form and ease the effort required to climb to the elemental;

Casts Mage Armour and Fly

Smiling a toothy grin the wizard allows his bulk to float from the floor and up the stairwell as he taps a scrollcase upon his belt;

"Shall we my Blackhearts? I have a scroll here that might assist us should our elemental foe not resist my necrotic magicks... It will require the creature to scream as an outlet for the wracking pain it will experience..."

Howling Agony is the suggestion...

Minor Crab-beast

Wiping off the worst of the blubber and slime detritus, you move within the stone stairwell and make your ascent. Mi'Dre pauses you a short distance from the summit - such that any preparations can be made in quiet and without risk... then comes the sudden rush to the summit.

In making your way through the last bit of the stairwell - you'll eat ~3 rounds worth of spell duration.
How are you going to move through into the lightning elemental's area? - any attempt to sneak will require stealth rolls.

Male Gaav (52/52 hitpoints) Inquisitor

Well, Mi'Dre will sneak into the room and take up a position to leap into the air to help flank. He'll also cast Divine Favour just before going up.

Minor Crab-beast

Having had a few idle moments upon the climb to study, Shendalyn is able to ruminate on the abilities of the beast. They are known to act stronger against those that hold or wear metal, their electrical powers more easily making the jump from strike to harm. Though they are borne of the storm, they still need physical contact to channel their power - and Albina's warding spell is likely to blunt some of the force of it's blows. It's ephemeral form gives some resistance to strikes and it shows no real weaknessnesses.

Pretty much what the PRD states - and based on Mi'Dre's description you wager it's at least huge in size.

Male Half-Elf Tattooed Sorceror (Harrow Bloodline) (HP 8/8) (AC 9/9/9) (CMD 8) (Fort +2, Ref -1, Will +3) (Init -1) (Perception +13)

Jethryk nods as Shendalyn imparts what he knows about the creature.

"Very well; let's take this thing out!"

So saying, he concentrates, and makes his armor take on the appearance of a finely-tailored noble's outfit.

"I doubt that will fool it for long, but you never know..."

Male Gaav (52/52 hitpoints) Inquisitor

Mi'Dre divests himself of the axe he still carries around as a trophy, but holds onto his armor, the studs in the leather shouldn't be likel to cause too much issue. He readies to cast his spell and advance up the steps ahead of the others to get into position.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what the purpose of the stealth was. We were going to have to kill the darn thing eventually! Perhaps Mi'Dre was sneaking in to get a sneak attack or something? Does he have sneak attack? I never know what that little devil is capable of... :)

So Albina charged in, shouting "Leeroooyyyy Jenkins!"

Male Human Wizard Thassilonian Sin Magic Specialist (Gluttony) 6

Not sure how far away the creature is DMVoV

Cruxcarr flies slightly upward then brings to bear one of the more nefarious spells at his disposal;

Fly within range (40ft), then cast Howling Agony at the creature...

Howling Agony (DC20 Fort Save to resist:

You send wracking pains through the targets’ bodies. Because of the pain, affected creatures take a –2 penalty to AC, attacks, melee damage rolls, and Reflex saving throws, and must succeed at a concentration check (DC equal to the DC of this spell) to cast spells. However, if an affected creature spends a move action screaming as loudly as possible, it can act without any other penalties for the remainder of its turn. “Screaming,” for the purposes of this spell, includes any vocalization of pain or its telepathic equivalent; creatures that cannot scream (such as creatures without the natural ability to communicate or vocalize) suffer the full effect of the spell.

Male Gaav (52/52 hitpoints) Inquisitor

Right, sorry didn't realize everyone was waiting on me. Mi"Dre was just getting into place so he didn't clog the stairwell and was ready for a surprise round action.

At Albina's approach Mi'Dre erupts from hiding, leaping into the air to attack the creature. The heat of Albina's spell washes harmlessly over him as he tries to claw at the thing.

Claw Charge: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 2 = 14

Probably wasn't clear enough - the stealth was to get to the top of the staircase without alerting the elemental... which Mi'Dre did.
So he'll get a surprise round charge - followed by you guys pouring out (where I'll take it to initiative).
Will have a mapski up tonight as well as denoument of the break to combat rounds.

Seeing the creature lashing out at Mi'Dre, Albina channels energy to begin healing his wounds.

Infernal healing, what is it, 1.5 for a minute?

She then attempts to maneuver around in such a way as to provide a flank for one of her allies, if it descends to the ground.

Minor Crab-beast

Yep, not good aligned.

Mi'Dre flails with his claws but cannot find purchase in the nebulous fabric that makes up the elemental.

Cruxcarr expends his incantation...
Fort Save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21
...though it fails to take hold in the beast's mind.

Shendalyn moves cautiously into the chamber and begins an incantation of his own, more beneficial to one of his companions at the least.

Jethryk rushes through the air to assault the elemental... Provoking an AoO?

Albina keeps her distance and channels her will to aid Mi'Dre's ability to heal.

Just get a resolution on provoking then I'll update for the elemental.

...clipping him firmly, but not stopping his charge.

The beast then splits it's attention between the two flying creatures before it...
Slam at Jethryk: 1d20 + 16 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 16 + 3 = 30 for 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (4, 5) + 5 = 14
Slam at Mi'Dre: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (20) + 16 = 36 for 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (1, 5) + 5 = 11
