The alien is alive, but unconscious.
He actually had RP!
You search him, and the various rooms of the complex, coming up with a fine selection of Abdarcorp branded armor, weapons and consumables. All about a hundred years behind the times but still fully functioning.
The terminals here let you interrogate the complex computers and get a bit of a history of the place, and a couple of interesting finds about the nearby system. This is surely the information that Abdarcorp was after.
Apparently the complex was abandoned when the Basmaran whelp moved into the system and travel became too dangerous.

Anyone have any restraints? I had one but I used it a bit ago and forgot to replace it. I can help try bring him back to us, but I do not want to do that if he is not restrained. I believe it only right if his people place him on trial.
Medrick also suggests we finish search the building thoroughly in case we found something else of use.

A bit distracted, Alimony snaps to attention as he sees the exile collapse. He sheathes his gun and pulls out a pair of binders. "This'll hold," the ysoki smiles, fastening them securely. "Let's take him back. The others can decide what to do with him - execute, lock up, try to help him. Not as much of our business, that."

You finish your exploration and head back to the village. There you are greeted as heroes, primarily for saving their friend who was injured during the storm, but also for bringing back the hermit.
Many races are held in your honour, it would seem however that your exile doesn't like the smell of petrol.
"Will the ghosts return?" seems to be the most common question directed toward you, as they wonder whether it would be save to explore the outpost for themselves now.

"The ghosts shouldn't come back. The outpost is fine to look around, but some of our friends might come there too. Don't worry, they're nice," Alimony reassures the locals. He partakes in however many races he is allowed to, or before the team has to leave. "Did the hermit skip town over a dislike of racing?"

"He thought the sky demon was a god. Certainly it drove away the other outsiders. Not all agree that was good though." admits the elder.
"But no, his dislike for racing has long seen him set against his people."

The elder nods at Savoy's wisdom.
When everyone is all raced out, they hold a final feast for you and send you on your way back to your ship, promising to help any Starfinders that come after you.
The trip back to Absalom station goes without incident. You are quickly ushered into the "presence" of Guidance.
“Welcome back, Starfinders. The contracting organization is eager to review the data you have recovered. I’ve prepared a list of subsequent missions that might appeal to you, once you’re properly debriefed. There are a multitude of other lost outposts in Near Space, and with your experience, we hope you will take these assignments into consideration. Now, what have you to report?”
