This is a scenario for 1st level characters only.

Please give me the following information:

1. Player/Forum Name
2. Character's Name
3. Class
4. PFS# (and dash)
5. Faction
6. Day job Roll (if any)

Please take notice of the following

I expect you to fill your initiative modifier, perception modifier and preferred place in the marching order on the map link. If you do not fill these you get to act last in initiative and fail all perception checks automatically that I make for you. I will place you last in marching order.

I handle initiative in posting order.

I expect you to use the appropriate lines (Race, Classes / Levels and Gender) to give me vital information (AC, Saves etc) about your character. You can take a look at my aliases for an example.

I attempt to post once a day during weekdays. When I do not post: I have not forgotten about you, there were other things to do with my time that took priority. I will let you know when I won't be able to post for an extended period and expect the same from you.

And most important: this is a game and I expect us all to have fun while playing! If something causes you not to have fun: please address it (either here or in a PM) and I will do my utmost to get you back to having fun again.

Hanlin's first mission had him as a Witch, which I didn't enjoy too much so I swapped him to a druid. I also applied We B4 Goblin's Chronicle to him to push him quicker towards Slug riding. He's not 100% set yet but should be today or tomorrow.

When it's time for Mishka Krieger to reveal his darker side to his foes, the mild-mannered nobleman bares his breast, displaying the horrible tribal scars inflicted upon him as a youth by a dire bear, during the bloody ritual initiation into the Bearpelt following of his father, the Mighty Kuldar.

He becomes "The Foreigner," the name that awed the army of Po La the Bureaucrat in Icestair and caused his enemies to tremble.

He trusts his fellow Pathfinders to keep his dual identity confidential.

At level 1, the significant difference is that his diplomacy skill bonus drops from +9 to +5.

Krieger has a boon that gave him an additional trait, in his case "Giant-Blooded." Other than the +2 to CMD vs Awesome Blow, it won't have any impact.

It might explain why Krieger wears loose, baggy pants and takes special care when sitting down.

Holy slug slime batman! I just found how I can ride Sunny immediately! Asking permission for Mr G to recon a feat choice since we just started to drop vermin heart to take:

Evolved Companion

Your animal companion has unique abilities.

Prerequisites: Cha 13, animal companion class feature.

Benefit: When you take this feat, select a 1-point evolution other than pounce or reach from those available to a summoner's eidolon. Your animal companion gains this evolution. The animal companion must conform to any limitations of the evolution. For instance, you can give the mount evolution only to an animal companion of an appropriate size and base form.

If you gain a new animal companion, your old animal companion loses this evolution, and you can select a new 1-point evolution for the new animal companion.

Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Each time you do, select an additional 1-point evolution for your animal companion.

This allows me to give my companion a 1pt evolution, that being Mount!

Mount (Ex): The eidolon is properly skilled and formed to serve as a combat-trained mount. The eidolon must be at least one size category larger than its rider. Requirements: Daemon, demon, devil, elemental, or protean subtype; quadruped or serpentine base form.

This solves my issues to waiting until at least level 3 or 4 to ride and I get to keep the mindless quality, which is a double edged sword I guess...

Heh, if those feats were legal.. you could be essentially have a fly, climb, and regular movement speed and multi attack mount at level 1 as a small character with the Mantis. I would assume that's the reason its banned, but even in a regular game they try to keep people from flying until level 5 at least.

I took an alternate gnome racial:

Bond to the Land: Some gnomes have strong ties to specific kinds of terrain, as a holdover from their fey origins. These gnomes gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC when in a specific terrain type selected from the ranger list of favored terrains. This choice is made at character creation, and cannot be changed. This racial trait replaces defensive training and hatred. (SWAMPS)

It honestly feels a little weird to RP with myself sometimes but I really try to give my familiars/ACs/eidolons their own personalities independent of their masters :)

Unique, though! I love the idea of a gnome riding a slug, hehe. And hey, I've got a shaman with a weasel Sage familiar - there's no way for her to actually verbalize anything she might learn from a knowledge check right now so she's largely stuck pantomiming her responses to other people trying to make knowledge checks. I think it'll actually be a lot of fun even if it's not very powerful right now :)

I'm envious that you guys got to spend a weekend there in the spring. I bet it was beautiful.

When I was based in Sri Lanka a few years ago, we spent Christmas and New Year's holidays in Prague with our kids and some German friends. I love that city, though it was cold as Dante's Ninth Circle of hell that winter.

We need to visit Prague again, in a warmer season, and spend some time exploring our roots. My maternal great-grandfather's family emigrated from Bohemia in the 1880s. Their family name was Krejci, "tailor" in Czech.

I thought Spellcraft checks required no action, at least according to the CRB. I don't think using Spellcraft to determine a spell as it's being cast requires casting detect magic, only IDing an item does.
