This is pretty close to what I want, well done nightdeath. I quoted it here to keep all this chronicle stuff together. I just need a dayjob from Hootie and I'm assuming Standard progression unless told otherwise.
Everyone else can fill the below out when you get your information together. Thanks!

Looks like all we are missing is Naneryn's and Rayanoushyant's info here.
Maps & Other are up here, take a look. I'll try to reference page numbers, but generally speaking page 1 will be the current map, page 2 will be large images of any people/creatures you are dealing with and page 3 is usually stuff I use. When you go to check out the map, it would be wise to take a look at page 3, work out a marching order and put in relevant details about your character that might matter to me (see page 3 for examples).
I'll have the intro post up soon, so you can understand what exactly is going on and where to put your little character pieces and then we'll be off!

And if anyone is new-new to PbP or the Paizo forums in general, let us know. There are a couple very experienced players/gm's here so most of your questions can get answered pretty easily. If not, disregard!

Player Alias: nightdeath
Character Name: Hootie Bell
Race/Class(es)/Level(s): Halfling Ranger 1 / Rogue 2
PFS#: 76925-39
Faction: Scarab Sages
Progression: Standard
Day Job: Pffttttt (None. Their eyes don't look at Hootie but further down.....)
Grix Wolfguard |
Grix will take point considering he is the only fighter. Although Hootie has more HP and better AC than me. Maybe she wants to go first since she is the most experienced pathfinder in our group.
Hootie Bell |
Hootie will go point since She's usually the scout.
Her screams should likely alert the party when she gets into trouble.
Grix Wolfguard |
Sounds good. I'll follow up behind Hootie then.
Beren Stane |
I put Nahko in the marching order and filled out his stats. Also added his animal companion to the map and the stats. They'll always march together; Fela in front if a 5' corridor.
Rayanoushyant Basar |
Player: McBeefsteak

Sorry for the delay, was sick as a dog yesterday, didn't leave bed other than to eat.

No real worries. The start always takes a bit of time to get moving anyway and we'll have some question/answer things to get outta the way while everyone gets their introductions in.
Naneryn |
Player: Archmage of Entropy

Sorry, the page didn't show me any activity! I'll post shortly.
It happens to us all! Tis why I tried a different way to contact you. Thanks for getting in so quickly.
Naneryn |
LOL, I apparently also missed the discussion here about who has point! Did I say I was rushing to post in time? :P
No matter, Naneryn probably would have done the same anyway. Goober.
Hootie Bell |
Heh. No worries.
Hootie is perfectly fine with someone else taking the risk.
GM TOP |
Rayanoushyant Basar, do you have your prepared spells listed somewhere? I can't seem to find them (I was looking up to see if you had read magic or detect magic prepped).

I'm going to move everyone up into the upper room to chat with the fishy fishy creature. Anyone specifically wanting to stay down below out of sight and not talk to it is more than welcome to move themselves back.

Excellent post Naneryn. I was impressed.
Naneryn |
Thanks, but it may never happen again. My muse does not touch me like that very often. The words came of their own accord and would not stop. Naneryn collapsed at the end because *I* had been drained, LOL.

Sorry about no post this morning. Wife had some false labor that we got checked out. All is good and still no clue when baby is coming. I'll get a gameplay post up soon. By the way, good work all on this game, excellent posting.
Grix Wolfguard |
That's exciting. Hope the best for you.
GM TOP |
Wow... so this is by far the most complicated combat setup I've seen in my life. Using the out of water vs. in water rules from the deep bog stuff and the fighting in water rules plus this critter has like 1000 different things going on with it. Blech!
My big posts may take a bit to get up, but I'll make sure to try to continue posting them about the same time every weekday and keep up with questions as we go.
Vraxam Uldar |
Site is being a nuisance.
It won't let me post in gameplay threads on my phone out here or advance to new pages. Sorry :-/
GM TOP |
Just a heads up, I don't foresee finishing this scenario prior to baby coming (maybe this weekend, very likely next week). However, it should easily be done before Gameday part 1 starts up (we have a month which is plenty of time even with a small break for baby).
Thus, I am heavily considering a Gameday part 1 session and all of you will have priority seating if you wish for that.
Naneryn |
Whatever works best for you[occ](r wife) [/ooc] and the baby. Gratz and enjoy.
Naneryn has no future commitments, so he can roll with whatever life tosses ya.
Grix Wolfguard |
Yea that is no problem. Family comes first.
Is that your first kid? Those first few weeks are pretty special.
Wish you all the best.
Grix isn't doing anything after this except heading straight to Messy Merdil's Magical Emporium and buy a wand of CWL. So he is ready for another adventure.
Hootie Bell |
I have a large number of Chars that Hootie won't be missed much.
Family comes first no matter what imo.
Congrats on your new bundle of joy.
Vraxam Uldar |
I have returned to the land of the internet. I am refreshed and hopefully rejuvenated...we shall see.
I have over 260 work e-mails to sort through today from my absence...but will be working on catching up on my games throughout the day today as well.

Baby update.
My wife and I welcomed a baby boy to our family Monday evening. We are all doing well, though have been delayed at the hospital due to an extra stressful labor. Until we get home and settled I won’t be able to get the post up that I want, but I have been reading everything on my phone and am happy you all have actions laid out.
Hootie Bell |
Congratulations on your family newest addition!
Don't worry about us here. Take what time you need to adjust to your bundle of joy.
Grix Wolfguard |
Congrats. I hope everyone recovers quickly. My wife is a midwife, so I know all about how complicated labors can be. I'm glad everyone is well.
Take your time and enjoy this new milestone.
Best wishes to you and your family. Grix will happily hold on to that door for as long as needed.
Grix Wolfguard |
Glad to have you back. Hope everything is going well.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I am going camping this weekend and won't be able to post from friday to monday. Feel free to bot me. I will put Grix's tactics and rolls in a spoiler on his header.
Just don't let him loose the few teeth he still has.
GM TOP |
Not this round Grix!
For those that care, Bleed Rules.
Grix Wolfguard |
Grix is back thanks for botting him

The website has been crazy lately, make sure any posts you submitted actually went through. Thanks!
Grix Wolfguard |
Doesn't moving into its space provoke since I can't take I 5 foot step in deep big?
GM TOP |
Are you trying to actually move INTO the creature’s square? It doesn’t show that on the map and if you were doing so, may I ask why?
Grix Wolfguard |
I meant the threatened space. Does that not provoke? Have I been playing PF wrong this whole time?
Beren Stane |
You provoke when you move out of a threatened square with anything but a 5' step or a withdraw action. You never provoke just for moving into a threatened square.
Provoking an Attack of Opportunity: Two kinds of actions can provoke attacks of opportunity: moving out of a threatened square and performing certain actions within a threatened square.
Moving: Moving out of a threatened square usually provokes attacks of opportunity from threatening opponents. There are two common methods of avoiding such an attack—the 5-foot step and the withdraw action.
Grix Wolfguard |
Well that clears it up. I don't know why I thought moving in provoked.
Thanks for the clarification

I'm guessing this is Classic since I don't see any CORE.
