Rakh Lo, or Rahk Lo?

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

Tian Xia Character Guide, Tian Xia World Guide, and Silver Bark, Golden Blades consistently spell the hobgoblin city/nation in Tian Xia's Darklands "Rahk Lo".

Divine Mysteries (one reference, but more recent), Ancestry Guide (many references, but older), and 1E Inner Sea Races (one reference) and Dragon Empires Gazetteer (two references) consistently spell it "Rakh Lo".

I suspect the Tian Xia World/Character Guide usage of "Rahk" are the intended "correct" spelling, but the reversion to "Rakh" in Divine Mysteries keeps it a little ambiguous. Is there a preference, or are they both correct?

Interestingly Rakh Lo seems to be a Hindi phrase ("Stay put" if Google translate is accurate), while Rahk Lo isn't. Not sure if that supports one or the other though.
