Generally, I've seen that login issues are resolved when someone clears their browser's cookies, which can be done specifically for Paizo.com without affecting other sites.
Here's instructions on how to do that.

On Chrome, I cleared my Paizo cookies as per the instructions in the first post, but I also had to clear cookies from a separate area. (I'm on a PC, not mobile.) If you click the small padlock icon in Chrome's URL bar, and then click "Cookies," there is a way to expand the cookies in use and an option to Remove them.
I had to do both to get things up and running for me on Chrome.
I will note that these days, I don't see a padlock icon. But it is the icon just to the left of paizo.com in my URL field.
