Divine Mysteries is in "Setting" section, cause it's in the "Lost Omen" line of books. (I have long thought it would have been better if they renamed that section "Lost Omen" or something, but at the same time, if you're new to Pathfinder, you migth not *know* that this reference the setting's name. Hum... :/ ) Searching for "Divine Mysteries" in the search bar gave me the correct book as the first result. (There's no "non remastered" book of that name.)
Spell cards (remastered) are in the "Accessories" section (Somehow they forgot to put it in the Cards section, oops! That one definitely need an update to their categorization!), and they are all on the top of the results when I search for "spell cards remastered".

But yeah, they have been working on a new site for years... and not just 2-3... I've heard about them working on it for a long time. Sadly, they don't have a lot of people that can work on it, and it's exptremely hard to completely change a store website without interuption, AND making sure that no data is lost in the transfers. But yeah. They are working on it.
(A couple years back they tried implemmenting a new forum system, and had to completely revert it cause it broke too much stuff. And that's WAY less complicated than an online store, so yeah, they are very careful with it. And careful can't be fast.)
Just to be clear, I'm not dismissive of your complains, just trying to provide context. (And I'm just a fan. So not speaking "for Paizo" in any official manner.)
