After four years playing this campaign (including an add-on between module 4 and 5, On the siberian line), with some breaks, on and off, I'm finally prepping for my last session. We played on fantasy ground the whole time (we started in april 2020, so in-person was a big no-no). For the final game, I'm going full analog, with physical map, paper minis for monsters, actual custom miniatures for the PCs, beer and pizza. Going for a marathon of the fift chapter, to get Elvanna.
It was a fun ride, but i'm happy to wrap this up.
Looking forward to play again, as we move forward to PF2 for our next campaign.

I know it's been a year, but I hope things went well.
My own group is just now reaching the doors to Elvanna's location. The campaign started on May 30th, 2020, and it looks like we'll be finishing it within a week of the 5th year anniversary. There may be a wrap-up session after, but we'll see.
With the amount the group managed to de-rail things while still staying on the rails, I'm very curious to see how things end up. Considering the party members, I'm expecting a negotiation to occur between the group, Elvanna, and Baba Yaga before a fight - which I'm hoping will make Elvanna more interesting of a final boss. I was never a fan of making her just one more monster to kill. And I also want to have her come off as intelligent - recognizing the party's strength and the threat they represent rather than just letting her have brainless ego that gets her instantly killed. (Elvanna: "Let's see. According to my sources, how many big powers in the last few years cropped up and were destroyed in the last few moments by some adventurers? A Runelord, a drow general capable of throwing meteors, the Queen of Korvosa, some fire genie general in Katapesh, apparently a serpent god down south got beheaded a second time a few years ago, there was some mess in Ustalav.... My brother is now dead, and one of this group literally has my mother's inner-most prison hanging from a belt loop, and if that opens, I'm worse than dead.") She definitely wants to continue her conquest, but she has an Intelligence of 30 and a Wisdom of 19. She's going to give pause and re-evaluate options and chances. And most importantly, she needs time for the ritual to complete.
Extra fun side note: out of complete coincidence, this final encounter is occurring on the day of the Festival of the Witch in Irrisen. As far as I'm running things, this is literally the day Baba Yaga was supposed to replace her. I can't believe it worked out like this.
