Getting support and subscription issues

I subscribed for the Pathfinder Rulebook sub. My first book should have been Monster Core, but it still hasn't shipped.

I emailed support and got an auto reply and nothing since. Is this really the only way to try to find out what's happening with my order?

I can't even access the PDF or apply my discount on Demiplane yet. It might not be so bad if I could at least access the PDF but it won't let me until it ships.

It is potentially a coincidence but I had an email out for over 2 weeks with no reply. I contacted through the customer support portal and it was resolved that day.

Wow, assuming they count tickets incrementally (Why wouldn't they) it's been almost 400 tickets between March 30th, when I emailed them and April 4th, when I used the form you linked.

I think they've been busy. :o


There could well be a checksum (meaning its more like 40 tickets).

Also (as I remember things from a few years back) the ticket list included other things besides retail issues - like stores querying shipments and even some internal queries.


I did finally hear back from my first ticket 8 or 9 hours after I posted this.

They were away for the Easter weekend and some also took the Monday off so they had quite a backlog.

It's all fixed up now. My PDF is available now, and I should have tracking details soon.
