Say we took 10 sessions to complete Book 1 of Abomination Vaults. Do I report each session in the reporting section or do I just do one session? Then send any player that wants to apply it to a society character a chronicle sheet after they give me the PFS characters number for the one they would like to use it on.

The game is reported to your event a single time, once the book is finished, as Super Zero says. You'll need to get the info from the players to fill out both the event report and a chronicle sheet for them, they get one sheet with the number of the character they have chosen to assign it to on it (you'll need that number for to report the game to Paizo as well so it's simple).

Because the chronicle provides 12 xp, 30 tb, and 24 reputatuon, it may be necessary to issue up to 3 chronicles. This would be needed if the character having the credit to is in-between levels.
When these chronicles are applied, they need to be applied as if they were in adventures. So 4 xp at a time.
It is possible to go slow progress but it has to be for the entire chronicle. Also you can only give reputation for only 1 faction.

You don't need to split a split level chronicle into multiples sheets. Just annotate something like
10 TB at Level 2, 20 TB at Level 3 = XXX in the notes section
8 days downtime at level 2, 16 days downtime at level 3, etc
You can't split reputation on an AP chronicle in the first place so that's not an issue.

Chronicles that give 12 xp, like APs and some modules, are applied in 4 xp, 8 days of downtime.

No, when applying the treasure bundles and downtime, it is still applied as a single chronicle. And definitely would not result in multiple reports. (That would cause the player to have 3x AcP if nothing else.)
