My 3.0 material, for the most part, is stored in some crates on my back porch (enclosed and temperature regulated, thank goodness) but I'm having a super bad chronic pain day and can't move things to get to them. So, I would like to ask for this simple favor; can someone let me know what its benefits are to a player? I'm completely drawing a blank.
Thanks in advance!

The feat "Ambidexterity" from the 3.0 Player's Handbook (found here):
(Player's Handbook 3.0)
[General]
You are equally adept at using either hand.
Prerequisite
DEX 15+
Required for
Greater Two-Weapon Fighting (EL)
Benefit
You ignore all penalties for using an off hand. You are neither left-handed nor right-handed.
Special
This feat helps offset the penalty for fighting with two weapons.
See the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, page 86, and Table 8-2:Two-Weapon Fighting Penalties, page 125.
A ranger wearing light armor or no armor can fight with two weapons as if he had the feats Ambidexterity and Two-Weapon Fighting.
Normal
Without this feat, a character who uses his or her off hand suffers a -4 penalty to attack rolls, ability checks, and skill checks.
For example, a right-handed character wielding a weapon with her left hand suffers a -4 penalty to attack rolls with that weapon

Have you tried using SRDs for situations like this? Yes, SRDs for 3.0 still exist. I just did a quick Google search and found these:
Thanks, Aaron! I guess I phrased something wrong in my query because I never found anything useful. A Russian site with free .pdfs and malware popped up like three times (the malware is presumed...lol).
