I have question in regard of tthe spell in the subject:
You conjure a magical 10-foot-square vehicle in an unoccupied space within range. For the spell’s duration, you can take a move action to slam the vehicle into a creature within 30 feet of the vehicle’s current location, moving it to an empty space adjacent to the target and dealing 6d10 bludgeoning damage (Reflex negates).
If you don’t move the vehicle, it remains where it is and doesn’t deal any damage to any creatures, even if a creature is adjacent to the vehicle. The vehicle can’t hold any occupants or be damaged.
I found that spell pretty powerful over other of the same level, the fact that two time per round (move and standard) the caster can do 6d10 dammage (ref or nothing)...does not specify either the kind of speed and mouvement of the plow...a bit weird as a spell
I want your thought on that, thanks to all who will take the time :)

It is a good spell, for sure (and, since it's a Conjuration spell, it arguably benefits from the Enhanced Technomancer's Talents, for Conjuration spells, to do even more damage!) If we needed more confirmation of that, it is not sanctioned for Society play, which usually denotes something is either high on the "balanced" curve, or fiddly and complicated. I don't think it's too game breaking, though. Compared to other bread-and-butter lvl 3 spells like Space-Fireball or Space-Lightning Bolt, it stacks up. Tenacious Plow does (on average) slightly more damage than Explosive Blast but slightly less than Arcing Surge; but unlike those spells, it only targets one creature, not an area. However, it lasts for many rounds; but it continues to use up your Actions, to do so. Then again, it has no effects on a successful save, so. It seems like it's got factors to account for its high damage and longevity.
If it does become 'game breaking' in play, an easy band-aid would be to upgrade its activation to be a Standard action, rather than a Move; that way it takes up your 'main' action each round, and also prevents you from doing it twice.

Spells do exactly what it says it does. So because it does not mention a type of movement or state that it is affected by terrain, it simply moves 30 feet in any direction regardless of terrain. If this was unintended the designers could have written that it moved with a land speed of 30 feet.
I would also like to add that if it does become a problem, you could limit it to a move action once per turn. The spell electric light show works similar in this regard. Allowing a move action to deal damage each round, but only once per turn.
