I know I'm piling on here, but that store is 0/10 atrocious. I had to have someone send me a link to the PF2e remaster books because I could not find them. Then I had to go through the checkout process multiple times before it would accept my payment method - the same one I use every time I buy something. Can you imagine how high the percentage of people is who just give up?
It's been like this for literally YEARS at this point. When are you going to fix it?

They announced they're implementing a new store and forum last July. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but more specific details about the timeline have not yet arrived. Given some minor things I've noticed here and there, I expect they're working on it in the backend but aren't yet ready to reveal.
This does not cure your frustration, I recognize, but the issues of this antiquated site I do trust that Paizo is addressing, even if not on the timeline most of us would like.

I had trouble the very first time I tried to order from the website. I emailed customer service. The next day they had processed my payment.
Perfect system? Absolutely not. Big deal? Absolutely not.
The new store system that DeathQuaker referred to will take care of it. The solution is in the works. Nothing is instantaneous.

Not sure if others are in this position. I got my notification on 10/27/23 and was charged on 11/2/23. I have access to the PDFs and have a tracking number.
The tracking number simply errors out every time I try to follow it through. Initially, I assumed this would resolve itself, but hasn't I emailed them last week and am now just waiting.
