Boon not showing up.

Pathfinder Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber

I purchased the hireling boon a while ago and, though the points have been subtracted from my ADP, the boon has not shown up in my boon list. I've emailed PFS reporting about it a few times and haven't received anything in return. What can I do to rectify this?

Having gotten no advice in a week, I suppose I will just try purchasing the boon again and see if it shows up then. If that doesn't work, I have no idea what to do.

I'd give it a week or two more - I'm just guessing here, but the remaster rollout is probably draining a lot of resources from the PFS reporting email.

Meanwhile, the text of the boon was available on the OPF website which is currently down, but I *think* it's still visible on the PDF version.

Yes, but I want to be able to download the boon for my files.
