I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I don't really care.
I just need to get this out to where the Paizo leadership might see it.
I want to shout out a huge thanks to Austin P on the Paizo Customer Service team!
I had a bunch of questions about digital content and VTT availability, and Austin invested the time and effort to have a meaningful conversation, giving me the full breadth and detail of what I needed.
He answered the questions I had, anticipated what further questions I might have, and pointed me to the correct resources to resolve my queries.
Thank you, Austin for a stellar Customer Service experience!

HRM... I keep telling the CS folks to quit being so nice and helpful to people, but they just never listen!
I'll just have to redouble my efforts to crush their spirits.
