Upon reading the stat blocks for this scenario, I see a glaring issue. The Redcap Numblekin is listed as a variant Redcap, however 3 of the 4 stat blocks listed are literally just a Redcap stat block. The 4th one, which is in the "Levels 3–4 (Pappy)" encounter, only has minor stat adjustments (specifically -2 Dex, -1 Con, +2 Int Wis and Cha). This however only affects their skills and perception. Their AC/HP and Attack bonuses are exactly the same.

I ran it as no MAP. The common convention is random/spread target traps don't have MAP. While focus fire hazards almost always have MAP. I feel it's likely an unwritten design guideline, which does occasionally get missed.

I ran this one three times at GenCon. Felt it was very well received. I would have liked deeper minigames/role play prompts for the four student pranks. Cass in particular I think needs more setup/help to GMs for getting things moving. A couple of scripted expected questions/answers for each of them I think would have been very helpful. Even at the cost of losing one of the fey pranks on terms of word count.

Are the four Treasure Bundles for helping students only available if the PCs are really helping? Or is it enough to start at least one attempt. I would interpret it to mean that just trying is enough. Because the Treasure Bundles only say that the PCs have to help, it doesn't say that they have to be successful in doing so. Or am I wrong?
