I strongly suggest you spend $15 and buy the Beginner Box PDF, which will teach you how to play Pathfinder as well as how to be a Pathfinder Game Master.

The rules are free on Archives of Nethys, but they are just tiny sentences and paragraphs that don't link up very well. They don't really teach you HOW to play; they're just a reference for the rules as written.

You are looking for the "dice" command.

use the = sign after the first 'dice' to label the roll

Perception: 1d6 ⇒ 3

The expression between the two tags can be any dice roll you can imagine.

1d6
1d6 ⇒ 5
1d6+5
1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
1d6 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
1d77+5d43+1d100+13
1d77 + 5d43 + 1d100 + 13 ⇒ (62) + (22, 9, 29, 43, 2) + (94) + 13 = 274
