Seems like it, at first reading? I don't think Death Strike is particularly dangerous (name notwithstanding) so, unless there's some wombo combo downstream, doesn't seem particularly unbalanced.
Yup. I think its slightly better than using a natural weapon because you can use the solarion weapon crystal but does require the dip.
