Paizo Downloads always say "personalizing...clink link again in 60 seconds."

I've waited almost 60 days, but these downloads still don't work. Am I doing something wrong? These are two adventures. One is "Into the Unknown" and the other is "Junker's Delight."

I would share an image, but I don't see an option to do that.

I've never had that problem. You have to click 3 times to get the download.

First click it says "Personalizing... Click link again in 60 seconds to download"

Second click says " Ready! Click again to download."

Third click you should get a download pop-up or message showing it's being down loading.

NOTE you need to click the name of the item 3 times, not the messages.

If you're still having problems you need to email customer service.

Right click on it and open it up in a new tab .

Wait 2 minutes

Then if it says personalizing right click on that and open it in a new tab.

Then wait

Then look in your downloads. What browser are you using?

Under anything you've recently downloaded or attempted to download you should see a link that reads:

"Problems downloading this file? Click here."

Click there. (On any of them, it resets the whole page.)
