Publishing your own adventures

Hey there :)

I am a longtime DM for my own campaign and I wanted to try and sell some of my short adventures or oneshots online. I found posts like this https://paizo.com/pathfinder/compatibility and had contact with Paizo Staff.
Now I wanted to ask the community, what I should look out for (beginner mistakes). Especially regarding the things I have to include in my adventure.
